Howard Powlesson Joins Impact Makers as a Principal Consultant

Howard Powlesson

Impact Makers is pleased to announce that Howard Powlesson has joined Impact Makers as a Principal Consultant.  Mr. Powlesson is a broadly experienced technology executive with over 35 years of experience in assignments spanning multiple industries. He has extensive experience in IT management, with the ability to define, design, develop and deploy IT plans that achieve strategic business goals. His areas of expertise include IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture (technology, infrastructure, business process, and strategy), complex program and project management, IT and business process outsourcing, business process management, process re-engineering, service delivery and service management, ITIL-compliant process assessment and re-engineering, executive management and consulting, and contract negotiation.

Prior to joining Impact Makers, Howard was an IT and business process consultant with the North Highland Company. In that role, he led engagements in enterprise architecture, business architecture,  IT strategy, application portfolio strategy and management, business process outsourcing, and data center strategy and migration. Additionally he was responsible for the initial program management and deployment of the performance management website  sponsored by the Virginia Governor’s Office and The Council on Virginia’s Future.

Previously, Howard was with Credit Logistics, Capital One Financial, AT&T and Electronic Data Systems.

Howard holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Howard is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Total Quality Management (TQM) Instructor.
