Kate Foster, Impact Makers’ Director of Client Relations, spoke at Sen. Mark Warner’s Virginia Women’s Conference, held October 13, 2012 in Roanoke. Kate participated in a panel discussion called “If We Can’t Have It All, Can We Have It Balanced?” It was a roundtable conversation about work/life balance, including how to grow in your career, strengthen support systems, and be successful in a competitive workplace, while maintaining a healthy personal life.
Kate has extensive experience in leadership development and is a professional facilitator and coach, holding certifications from the Society of Information Management as well as the New Agreements Coach Training and Leadership Institute. Kate holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Master and Leadership Coach.
