As an innovative and practiced thought-leader in data management, Lewis has more than 20 years of experience successfully designing, managing, implementing and leading global data management and information technology solutions. His successful track record is marked by strong leadership coupled with a passion for driving data and technology solutions from a clear business-value proposition. Lewis joined Impact Makers in 2016 as the Data Services Practice Lead and served as Chief Operating Officer prior to becoming CEO.

Kaki has over 25 years of experience in leadership, finance, accounting and operations. She has been a strategic leader in healthcare from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies for the past 15 years. Her experience includes healthcare, technology, insurance and professional services. She has extensive expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, and strategy including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Impact Makers Kaki was CFO at a care management services company in Richmond.

Kaki has degrees from Virginia Tech and VCU.

Through her work in consulting and as CEO/founder of her own business, she has developed a keen ability to stay laser focused on delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business value. Jennifer’s top priority is to act as a trusted advisor to her clients, while building high performing teams.

Jennifer joined Impact Makers in 2017 bringing broad experience that includes healthcare, financial services, airline, hospitality, retail, media, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

He leverages his business operations background to deliver bottom-line results through effective design, development, and execution of high quality, cost-effective solutions.

Jim joined Impact Makers in 2013, serving as a Principal Consultant and Enterprise Agility Service Area Lead before becoming SVP. Prior to joining Impact Makers, he was a Director and Enterprise Architect at Markel Corporation.


Adam Foldenauer

Adam leads solution identification and relationships with Impact Makers’ clients across banking, insurance and capital markets. Adam has over 15 years of experience as a consultant, practitioner and leader of financial services teams, processes and technologies spanning back-office operations to digital product development and optimization.

Prior to joining Impact Makers, Adam was a client partner at ICF, a global consulting firm. He earned his Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital, is a certified SAFe® Agilist, and has a BA from James Madison University and an MBA from University of Richmond.


Scott Hammer

Scott has over 35 years of experience in state and local government, higher education, nonprofit, financial services, retail, and manufacturing industries. He has a record of enabling clients to achieve transformational results as a leader and as an individual contributor and in both tactical and strategic roles. Scott’s expertise includes strategy, procurement, information security, risk management, organizational assessment, and change management.

Prior to joining Impact Makers, Scott was a Principal with The North Highland Company, where he also worked closely with the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information System Controls (CRISC), and Project Management Professional (PMP).


Rodney Willett

Rodney joined Impact Makers in 2011. He is Vice President of Community Impact and responsible for promoting the company’s social enterprise business model and public relations. Rodney has more than 25 years of experience working with government and commercial entities and helping to meet their management and technology needs. Rodney is a licensed Virginia attorney and has represented state and local government clients for more than 15 years. He is also an advocate for educational and public health interests.
