Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has long been recognized as an authoritative source for identification in Virginia. Security is core to the DMV’s mission. Recognizing its unique role in protecting sensitive data for the citizens of the Commonwealth, the DMV embraced the need to drive a culture of security across the organization and create a best-in-class Security Program.

  • Developed comprehensive enterprise transformation for their Security Program and the organizational change required to create a culture of security
  • Conducted an IT Security Assessment and Training program, an ongoing Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment (RA), IT Continuity Plan and IT Disaster Recovery Plan development effort
