Impact Makers is hosting a free seminar introducing the concepts of Lean, Pull Systems, and Kanban. While popular in software development shops, these project management techniques can drive efficiencies in most IT organizations. David Vacanti of David J. Anderson and Associates, the firm responsible for developing Kanban, will be our guest speaker. Mr. Vacanti will explain how limiting a project’s work-in-progress can act as a driver of change.
This free seminar is scheduled for Friday, June 17th from 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM. The seminar is only open to clients, professional colleagues, and Impact Makers’ newsletter subscribers. Food and beverages will be provided. There’s only one catch, space is limited so RSVP now to reserve your seat.
