Impact Makers is teaming up with Daniel Vacanti of David J. Anderson and Associates to offer an in-depth, two-day kanban training seminar.  Don’t miss this opportunity to attend world class training without all of the expense and hassle of travel.  Kanban training is offered in large cities around the world but has never before been delivered directly to Richmond!

As a participant in the class you will learn how to:

  • Drive change by limiting work-in-progress,
  • Create policies that positively constrain the collaborative game of software development, and
  • Manage risk and change negotiations into collaborative problem solving.

If you are looking for new ways to unleash productivity, innovation, collaboration and creativity, you’ll find this is two days well spent.

We are currently taking pre-registrations for the next class. To be added to our waiting list, please complete the form below.

About Kanban

Kanban, like Agile, is a Lean project delivery management process.  David Anderson and Daniel Vacanti developed and tuned Kanban project practices with over a decade of projects at top technology companies, including Microsoft.  Kanban focuses on making small, iterative changes that evolve business processes into more efficient and manageable work streams while avoiding the risks associated with massive, monolithic change.  Used effectively, Kanban will help you and your organization evolve into a more efficient project delivery machine!
