Impact Makers’ Principal Consultant Terri M. Ripley, MIT, CPHIMS, FHIMSS was honored with the Founders Leadership Award at the HIMSS14 Annual Conference and Exhibition in Orlando.
The Founders Leadership Award is presented to individuals who have demonstrated significant leadership within the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and/or the industry, in the judgment of the HIMSS Board of Directors.

Terri is an experienced Health IT Executive, with specialties in Meaningful Use, Health Information Exchange (HIE), Health IT Standards, and the Integration of healthcare systems. She currently serves on the Virginia HIMSS Board, Chairing the Advocacy Committee, and is a member of the ConnectVirginia (HIE) Governance Board, Chairing the Financial Sustainability Committee. Previously, Terri served on the Governor’s Health Information Technology Advisory Commission (HITAC).
