Andy Wolff

Chief Executive Officer

Andy Wolff is dedicated to driving business growth and ongoing transformation at Impact Makers, while holding fast to the heart and purpose of the company. He is an active leader who engages with clients and deeply understands the trusted advisor relationship. He consistently demonstrates the ability to build strong teams by establishing a culture focused on client success, teamwork, and positive leadership.

Andy has experience successfully building high performing consulting organizations and a long and successful career in management and technology consulting. Prior to joining Impact Makers, he ran the commercial healthcare practice as Vice President with ICF, an international consulting firm.

Kaki Cachine

Kaki CachineChief Financial Officer

Kaki has over 25 years of experience in leadership, finance, accounting and operations. She has been a strategic leader in healthcare from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies for the past 15 years. Her experience includes healthcare, technology, insurance and professional services. She has extensive expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, and strategy including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Impact Makers Kaki was CFO at a care management services company in Richmond.

Kaki has degrees from Virginia Tech and VCU.

Scott Mayo

Scott MayoSenior Vice President, Client Solutions

Scott is a management professional with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, technology, marketing and sales. He has a proven track record of growing businesses, including their services, locations and revenue. His industry experience includes information technology, healthcare and financial. He has expertise in business transformation, strategic planning, reorganizations and performance management. Scott’s previous leadership roles were as President of Strategic Solutions of VA, a Virginia-based IT managed services provider, SVP with Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, a Financial Services management consulting firm, and SVP with Keane, Inc., a $1B global outsourcing firm.

Cathie Brown

Cathie Brown, VPChief Information Security Officer & Vice President, Healthcare Solutions

Cathie joined Impact Makers as a Principal Consultant in 2012. She has more than 25 years of experience including work within State Government as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer of the Commonwealth of Virginia and experience within a Regional Healthcare System where she held various positions in IT. Most recently, she has focused on management consulting engagements bringing value to clients in state government and healthcare entities. She was also the previous Board Chair of the Lynchburg Technology Council.

Jeff Meck

Jeff MeckDelivery Area Lead, Transformation Services

Jeff has over twenty years of consulting experience and proven success in executive leadership, business development, client relations, Internet strategy/design/development, process engineering and management. He has significant experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions and leading large enterprise engagements, including Enterprise Portal and Content Management, ERP and custom developed solutions. Jeff has implemented solutions within the following industries; Power Generation, Manufacturing, Media, Retail, Financial Services, Non-profit and Commercial IT Services.

As an innovative and practiced thought-leader in data management, Lewis has more than 20 years of experience successfully designing, managing, implementing and leading global data management and information technology solutions. His successful track record is marked by strong leadership coupled with a passion for driving data and technology solutions from a clear business-value proposition.

Ross Decker

Healthcare Solutions Lead

Ross rejoined the company in 2012 as Client Solutions Lead with responsibility for expanding Impact Makers’ commercial and healthcare practices. Ross brings Impact Makers over a decade of experience in strategy and product management.

Prior to rejoining Impact Makers, Ross was the Vice President of Product Management for Molina Healthcare’s Medicaid fiscal agent business (acquired from Unisys).

Adam Foldenauer

Adam FoldenauerSenior Director, Client Solutions

Adam leads solution identification and relationships with Impact Makers’ clients across banking, insurance and capital markets. Adam has over 15 years of experience as a consultant, practitioner and leader of financial services teams, processes and technologies spanning back-office operations to digital product development and optimization.

Prior to joining Impact Makers, Adam was a client partner at ICF, a global consulting firm. He earned his Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital, is a certified SAFe® Agilist, and has a BA from James Madison University and an MBA from University of Richmond.

Rodney Willett

Rodney WillettVice President, Community Impact

Rodney joined Impact Makers in 2011. He is Vice President of Community Impact and responsible for promoting the company’s social enterprise business model and public relations. Rodney also supports the company’s business development efforts for government. He has more than 25 years of experience working with government and commercial entities and helping to meet their management and technology needs. Prior to joining Impact Makers, Rodney served as public sector lead for Virginia for North Highland, a global management consulting company. Prior to joining North Highland, Rodney directed Virginia’s state government Internet portal (www.virginia.gov) and served as president of Virginia Interactive, LLC, the Virginia subsidiary of the e-government company NIC.
